We’re excited to share that the ITCC Fall Member Meeting kicks off this Wednesday! This two-day event in Cary, North Carolina, offers members a unique opportunity to meet face-to-face, network with one another and participate in learning sessions that will help them excel in their daily work.

The event opens with a session on our strategic plan, hosted by the ITCC Board of Directors. Attendees will celebrate this year’s achievements and contribute valuable feedback to shape the 2025 plan. Stay tuned — more details on the successes of the 2024 plan and insights into what’s ahead for 2025 will be shared on the blog soon.

This year’s meeting also features an exciting range of workshops, including:

  • Using AI in Your Day-to-Day: Four ITCC members will share how they’ve been using AI, beyond exam development, to streamline their work and improve productivity.
  • The Next-Generation Certified Professional: Focused on fostering the future of IT professionals, this workshop will explore the skills and training needed for tomorrow’s workforce. Attendees will also discuss how current professionals can continue advancing in a rapidly evolving field.
  • Ask an Expert: A highly interactive workshop where members can pose their most pressing challenges to experts, seek solutions within the community and collaborate on best practices.

In addition to the workshops, we’ll have presentations from ITCC member groups, including a special session with two of our newest member companies, as well as problem-solving case study sessions and the ever-popular Open Session. The final session of the two-day event will cover the essentials of an ITCC membership, where attendees will explore the value of membership and the most critical resources. The conversation from this session will contribute to the development of the 2025 strategic plan.

Throughout the event, there will be ample opportunities to network — whether during daytime sessions, breaks for meals and stretching, or at the member dinner on the first evening.

Keep an eye on our blog for ongoing updates from the meeting, along with highlights of 2024’s accomplishments and what’s to come for 2025!

There’s something about the word “certified” when it precedes a professional title that conveys the consumers and employers a sense of trust, credibility, knowledge and an official “stamp” of approval. This is not a coincidence. IT certification has long been a proven means of differentiation and qualification among professionals in the industry. Employers often include certification as a prerequisite when seeking qualified candidates to fill positions; consumers often trust only those IT professionals who boast credentials proving they have attained a certain level of knowledge.
