Caveon Wins IT Certification Council’s 2024 Innovation Award

Now in its tenth year, the ITCC Innovation Award recognizes innovations in testing, processes, or service with the IT certification industry. Winners have showcased success and innovation increasing the security of testing, new methods for evaluations, improved market access to certification programs, and more.

The ITCC is excited to announce its 2024 Innovation Award winner, Caveon!

Caveon’s Innovation

Caveon Test Security has driven the discussion and practice of exam security in the
testing industry. Caveon offers a highly customizable range of consulting services and
technology solutions.

Caveon combines their expertise in test security with the power of AI to evolve how
credentialing programs can now build quality exams at scale. Caveon’s AI Item Writer

2024 Runner Up

This year’s runner up was Amazon Web Services. Their submission highlighted their Cloud Quest game-based approach to recertification.Through that work, they were able to implement many innovations, including:

  • Cloud Quest provides a highly interactive, problem-solving approach to skills validation for the AWS Foundational Cloud Practitioner certification, resulting in a 4x increase in recertification rates and a .57 CSAT increase in overall candidate satisfaction
  • Showcases how a valid and reliable game-based approach to recertification is a win-win for candidate engagement and credentialing program success
