2024 Runner Up
This year’s runner up was Amazon Web Services. Their submission highlighted their Cloud Quest game-based approach to recertification.Through that work, they were able to implement many innovations, including:
- Cloud Quest provides a highly interactive, problem-solving approach to skills validation for the AWS Foundational Cloud Practitioner certification, resulting in a 4x increase in recertification rates and a .57 CSAT increase in overall candidate satisfaction
- Showcases how a valid and reliable game-based approach to recertification is a win-win for candidate engagement and credentialing program success
