What is the primary objective of your certification program?

Scaled Agile, Inc. is the certifying body of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®). The Professional Certification Program provides a valid, reliable, and consistent method of assessing SAFe skills, knowledge, and mindset. Who is your target audience?

Enterprise companies across all industries including government

What do you see as the biggest opportunity for the IT Certifications industry?

To evolve with the technical industry and not only offer technical credentials but business agility and leadership credentials as well.

What do you see as the biggest challenge facing the IT Certifications industry?

Continue to maintain high and rigorous testing standards as more companies adopt an “Agile” mindset.

How does your IT certification program contribute to your company’s overall business?

Scaled Agile certifications are part of our curriculum offerings, partner agreements, instructor requirements, and membership renewals.

What has been the biggest benefit of your ITCC membership?

Working with certification industry leaders on maintaining best practices, creating new exam technologies, and evolving testing methods in an ongoing effort to maintain the integrity and credibility of what it means to be “certified”.
