What is the primary objective of your certification program?

To verify Lenovo sellers’ capability to effectively represent Lenovo in the data center market.

Who is your target audience?

Lenovo internal sellers and business partner sellers.

What do you see as the biggest opportunity for the IT Certifications industry?

With the prolific amount of information our candidates have to navigate in their daily work, the IT Certification industry gives IT professionals a clear, defined path to learn, and a specific, objective way to demonstrate their capabilities.

What do you see as the biggest challenge facing the IT Certifications industry?

The rate of change in technology, both for the candidates and the program sponsor.

How does your IT certification program contribute to your company’s overall business?

Our program advances the knowledge and skills of the Lenovo sales team so they can help our customers solve problems, and become a trusted solution provider.

What has been the biggest benefit of your ITCC membership?

Staying knowledgeable of trends and innovations in the IT certification industry.
