Breaking Through Obstructionism
with Greg Larkin
This session was held on Wednesday, September 22, 2021
Session Description
Corporate transformation is hard – but it’s not the hard part. The hard part is transforming after your CTO throws a chair across their conference room. The hard part is when your most fierce and determined C-suite advocate breaks down in tears and quits. Launching new businesses and transforming old ones in the face of entrenched corporate obstructionism is why transformation is hard. Once you overcome obstructionism, transformation is pretty straightforward. This talk takes you inside the transformation trenches. Greg Larkin will take you into the room where astounding breakthroughs come to life in the face of unimaginable resistance.
