The ITCC Spring Member Meeting is just around the corner and we’re taking a closer look at one of our favorite parts of the agenda: the workshops. At this year’s meeting, attendees have the opportunity to attend two workshop sessions, each with its own area of focus.
Workshop 1: Measurements and Metrics
In this first workshop, participants will discuss key metrics for tracking the success of certification programs. Attendees will hear from their peers as they share their experiences, what they’re currently measuring, and the challenges they experience. Attendees will walk away from the conversation with guidance applicable to all programs and a resource on key metrics.
Workshop 2: State of Credentialing
During this workshop, attendees will hear a highlight on the state of the industry, which kicks off with a State of Credentialing presentation featuring SHRM research. Following the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to discuss what they’re seeing and hearing from recruiters and human resource efforts around recruiting. This session will be facilitated by Nancy Woolever, SHRM-SCP Vice President, Certification at SHRM.
